This WTD RTXM191-450 is a small hot pluggable form factor (SFP) optical transceiver. It features a Dual LC connector for single-mode fiber access. It uses a 1310nm DFB and PIN connector to support Gigabit Ethernet over up to 40km distribution. It operates in the temperature range of -10 to 70 Deg C.
